Ceramic beads for metal blast cleaning B150 size 63-125 μm easy to clean




Ceramic beads blasting media is produces by electrofusion method with main raw materials of zirconia sand, and then blowing into different sizes of beads from B20 to B505. The unique internal crystal phase structure of ceramic beads ensures its strong hardness and impact resistance.

Ceramic beads is widely used as sandblasting abrasive media to create different roughness and cleanliness on the metal surfaces.

After ceramic sand blasting, the metal surface will form a very fine frosted surface, which is smooth and not reflective, increasing the three-dimensional and layered sense of the metal surface.


Ceramic beads is a green blast media, no dust, no metal pollution and easy to clean.
