DESCRIPTION OF CERAMIC ABRASIVE BLASTING MEDIA
Ceramic abrasive blasting media is a spherical sandblasting micro beads, with smooth surface, good elasticity, and high hardness, it is produced by electro-fusion process with dense crystal structure.
Ceramic abrasive blasting media is often used for :

FEATURES OF CERAMIC ABRASIVE BLASTING MEDIA
(1) Spherical, with smooth surface, high hardness, long life and good elasticity.
Compared with glass BEADS, the effect of finish is higher, and the service life is increased by about 20 times.
During the sandblasting process, the sand grains rebound from multiple angles, which is very suitable for workpieces with complex structures. At the same time, it can eliminate stress and improve the life of the workpiece.

- Long lasting:
The service life mainly depends on the mechanical strength and elastic modulus of the medium. The ceramic beads (hardness 60HRC, elastic modulus 330 GPa) is much higher than stainless steel shot (hardness 45HRC, elastic modulus 200GPa). The projectile can reach 2,600 cycles, and the service life is better than that of stainless steel shot.
- Less mold loss (good surface quality, high production efficiency)
After the use of ceramic beads instead of stainless steel shot, the surface quality of the workpiece is significantly improved, the defects are reduced, the roughness is very low, and very ideal results are obtained.
