5. Precautions for using 95 Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Beads
Select the appropriate zirconia beads
Select the appropriate zirconia beads according to the type and target particle size of the material to be ground.
When using 95 zirconia beads for the first time, pre-ground in the slurry with a certain viscosity for 30 minutes
is required. If the slurry concentration is low, the rotation speed should be reduced, and then the time should not
be exceeded 15 minutes.
When the treated material is paint, it is recommended to clean the zirconia beads with resin. If using the solvent,
then the rotating speed should be reduced, and the time should not be exceeded 10 minutes. Also suggest
to clean the zirconia beads intermittently, that means, turn off and start again after a period of time
Adding new grinding beads
During the grinding process, zirconia beads will collide with each other,and occur a certain abrasion, so some
new zirconia beads need to be added as a supplement after some time.
Please screen out the broken zirconia beads before supplement, and add the same weight of zirconia beads with
the broken one.
