FEATURES
1. High hardness and small deformation.
Ceramic beads hardness over 700 HV and with high impact strength.
The small deformation ensures that the shape of the ceramic beads particles do not change during sandblasting, ensuring the consistency of the sandblasting effect.
2. Compared with glass beads, ceramic beads has better finish effect.
Ceramic beads can be recycled many times, and its life is about 30 times that of glass beads.
The hardness of glass beads is only 47HRC. Compared with ceramic beads 60HRC, it has poor wear resistance and is easy to be broken. It produces a lot of free dust, harmful to workers' health and increases the cost of solid waste treatment.
The ceramic beads surface is smooth and elastic, and the small crystal sizes provides a high modulus of elasticity: 330 GPa. During the sandblasting process, the beads particles rebound from multiple angles, not easily broken, and can be recycled many times. The service life is about 30 times that of glass beads.
