Zirconia grinding beads, also known as ceramic milling beads, is made of ultra-fine, highly active zirconia powder by sintering process, with yttrium oxide as the stabilizer, with ZrO2 95%.

Zirconia beads are of multi sizes, ranging from 0.1mm to 50mm, with a high density of 6.0g/cm3. It has the characteristics of anti-aging, low wear and no pollution. It is widely used for dispersion of media and high viscosity pastes with different color requirements and different chemical conditions, such as lithium battery anode and cathode materials, magnetic materials, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, coatings, adhesives, pigments, dyes, paint, inks, etc.

Instructions in use:
1. According to the viscosity, hardness, dispersed particle size and grinding requirements of grinding materials, select the corresponding varieties, specifications and quantities of zirconium beads.
2. Clean the zirconium bead and the inner wall of the grinder barrel before grinding.
3. First, put the materials to be ground into the barrel of the grinder, and then put in an appropriate amount of zirconium beads. After the grinder runs, add zirconium beads gradually. The filling amount is generally 70% - 85% of the volume of the barrel of the grinder.
4. Do not allow the zirconium bead to run for a long time when the grinder is short of material. Otherwise, the grinder is easy to be damaged
5. After the grinding machine runs for a period of time, zirconium beads should be supplemented appropriately to ensure the grinding quality and efficiency.
