• APPLICATION

After polishing, the surface of the workpiece shows the uniform color of the stainless steel itself, and the appearance is very high. Unlike brown fused alunimia or white fused alumina, which is easy to burn the workpiece after polishing, and it is easy to appear black and dark in some parts, which will affect the visual effect of the product.

Taking the polishing of stainless steel workpieces as an example, the specific use method of black fused alumina is introduced below.
Traditionally, a few cloth wheels are put on the shaft of the polishing machine, and then the boiled bone glue is applied to the outer circle of the cloth wheel, and then the cloth wheel with bone glue on the outer circle is placed on the flat sand disc with black fused alumina.
