White fused alumina	Higher	Little Lower	precision hardened steel, high carbon steel, high speed steel and ground thin-walled parts.	When grinding, the abrasive particles are easily broken, so the grinding heat is small.
Brown fused alumina	High	High	grinding metals with high tensile strength, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, etc.	It has good grinding performance. Often used for rough grinding with large margin and widely used.
